Please complete the form with the information you wish to have publicly posted throughout the internet. The second page of the form will request information regarding the zip code, radius and channels where your Banner Ads will be displayed.

For Realtors or Insurance Agents or the like working out of a shared office, it is recommended that your business name be listed as follows: Jeff Smith Realtor Coldwell Banker [First Last Title Office Name]. This is not a requirement but a suggest method to ensure clear, consistent information posted on the web.

Use this field to identify a demographic, geographic or metropolitan area which is served by your business. Examples include: Greater Los Angeles; Metropolitan Detroit; Jersey Shore; etc.

Use keywords on how you would like to be found by your customers. Do not include location (city or state) in keyword selections. Do not use commas, 'and', 'or' or '&. Do not include products or brands, i.e. Kleenex. You may use the Categories Synonyms Search Form or the Suggested Keyword Documents for ideas.

If applicable, provide a short list of products or brands carried, i.e. Kleenex, apples, Levis, etc.

The default small business commercial used is Good For All Of Us (#4). If another selection is requested, please indicate the video number here. You may select from the list located here.

Note, a common mistake in setting up your Google Places page is to put your city/town in the business title -- don't do it unless your city name is actually part of your business name. Another mistake is to put location information in the categories. Doing so will penalize your listing. Make sure to choose at least 1 category from the keywords, key-phrases and category suggestions.
