Will STARKART design my ad?
Our Customer Service and Graphics departments will work with you to create an ad to your specifications. Please be prepared to provide your logo if you have one, text and photos you'd like to see in your ad, color preferences, etc. Any existing marketing material you might have will help as well.
What if I want to design my own ad, or already have an ad that I like?
We will gladly accept camera-ready copy. Please consult with Customer Service for exact dimensions.
Can I be the only business of my type in the stores I select?
We cannot guarantee exclusivity in most stores, because of the possibility that other advertising programs may offer other types of advertising in the same store. We can, however, guarantee that your ad will appear on the nose of the shopping cart—where major national brands like Coca-Cola and Nabisco have been placing ads for decades.
You mentioned that the typical ad campaign lasts for 24 weeks. That's a long time for my ad to be exposed to the elements. Won't it start to disintegrate after a while?
We refresh your ad every eight weeks, for the entire duration of your campaign—which means that, within a week of your ad's initial installation, we start the physical production process all over again, re-printing, re-packing, and re-shipping your ad so that it can be re-installed on every cart where it appears.
You "refresh" my ad every eight weeks? Does that mean that I could run three different ads in a 24-week campaign?
Yes. Changes to your ad copy are complimentary. We only require that all changes be completed in time for us to meet our printing deadlines. Please consult with Customer Service for specific deadline details.
