“Demand was so high that my best success story is receiving the keys from the old tenant at 9 a.m. and allowing the new tenant to move into a polished unit at 3 p.m. the same day,” concluded Takushi. “YouTube videos have been a huge addition to my properties, they help qualify and weed out only serious inquiries. “Tenants know exactly what they’re getting before even physically stepping on to the property.”
