Keller Williams Realtor Ryan Devin Celebrates 175th Closing

Realtor Ryan Devin, of the Devin Team at Keller Williams, marked his 175th closing by helping to purchase his client’s “dream home” in Littleton, CO. “It was a stunning home with mountain views and the family moving in could not be more excited,” said Devin, who specializes in first-time buyers and relocation. “They were relocating to Littleton from San Antonio, TX, and fell in love with Colorado and their new home.”

One of the many reasons Devin feels that he and his team are so successful is the care and attention given to each client. Devin truly gets to know his clients and takes the time to understand the full picture of their goals. For him, it is not just to finalize another transaction but to build long-term relationships, to achieve the client’s real estate goals, and to help each family realize their dreams.

This also marks Devin’s 11th sale in Littleton, CO, where he lives with his wife Julie, daughter Elizabeth and son Ethan. Although Devin continues to focus across the Denver metro area, he takes pride in his hometown and helping buyers realize the Littleton dream of finding the right home in the challenging Colorado real estate market, which is experiencing record low inventory.

I’ve often thought about bringing them to the closing table to help celebrate with my clients.”
