Scott Group Helps New Homeowners Avoid Unexpected Expenses Via 1-Year Warranty

The Scott Group, of Colorado Landmark, Realtors, offers one-year home warranty to its listing clients and buyers, and welcomes Caitlin Lindsey to the team.

The Scott Group at Colorado Landmark, Realtors, in an effort to increase its service and customer support, is proudly offering a one-year home warranty to all of its listing clients and buyers. Additionally, the Scott Group will be offering a pre-inspection to its listing clients.

“The warranty gives our clients the peace of mind to know that they will not have any unexpected home operating system replacement or repair expenses during their first year of ownership,” said David W. Scott, founder of the Scott Group, who was recently named the 2017 REALTOR® of the Year by the Boulder Area REALTOR Association. “Having these services avoids any surprises after the home goes under contract. We pay for both of these services.”

The new warranty service demonstrates the Scott Group’s commitment to reducing stress for its clients. It also sets them apart from other REALTORS® and agents in the area.

In addition to its new offering, the Scott Group recently welcomed Caitlin Lindsey to the team as broker associate. Prior to joining the Scott Group, Lindsey worked within the Denver market, so her experience and market knowledge enabled the team to expand its service area to include metro Denver and the markets east of Boulder.
