Texas real estate professional, Thomas Wanko, gets on board with TEXdot Property Management, Inc as its new field operations manager.
Thomas Wanko, who earned his real estate license in 2017, recently joined TEXdot Property Management, Inc as a partner and field operations manager. “I’m excited to join TEXdot Property Management, Inc, this is something that has been in the works for years, and it’s finally coming into fruition,” said Thomas.
Thomas, who has been investing in real estate since 2006, will be meeting all TEXdot vendors and overseeing all their work. He also assists in construction buildout for commercial properties, full rehabilitations for single-family homes, and is a private lender.
“From the beginning, Tommy has always helped and been a part of my business. I can now say I am living my dream of working with my husband every day,” noted Dorothy Wanko, president and owner of TEXdot Property Management, Inc.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Thomas worked for Anheuser-Busch for almost 35 years. He also worked in field sales, promotions, and oversaw contracts between A.B. and wholesalers. Very early in his career, Thomas was trusted to drive the Trolley car for the Busch family on special holidays at their home. His other hobbies include fishing, hunting, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
