Refund Policy

General Plan Information For Associate and Premium Members. Associate Members have purchased the monthly or annual plan online and are provided services in accord. Premium Members are those who have purchased any of the Marketing Services packages. Use of the NALA service constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Use. See Terms of Use for complete membership details.



Associate Members

You may cancel your memberships at any time. No refunds or credit will be given for partial periods. All cancellation requests should be sent to customeraccounts@thenala.com



Premium Members

The NALA Cancellation & Refund policy:

“Membership cancellations received in writing within ten (10) days of the date of this Agreement date may be eligible to receive a refund less the Enrollment Fee and the initial three (3) months of the Membership Fee. After the stated deadline, Memberships are non-cancelable by Member.”

The AUTORENEWAL Cancellation policy:

“Member authorizes NALA and ISO to continue automatically the purchase of Membership benefits, as specified on Attachment A, for successive months, the first of which shall commence following the end of the initial term of the Membership. Member may terminate this automatic renewal feature at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to NALA at the e-mail or physical address shown above. The price to be charged to Member for each such month shall be the same as the Total Price less Enrollment fee, if any, pro-rated based on a one month basis. Member authorizes NALA to charge the credit/debit card or checking account specified in the Member Payment Option or in separate written notification received with respect to each charge.”



Those who are on AUTORENEWAL have agreed to the following:
“Yes I want to GUARANTEE my Price show above, at the end of my initial term of Membership, and continue my Membership and payments automatically on a month by month basis in accordance with term I below."
