The company is managed by the President, Chris Kostoff, who has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. He is a Nationally ranked Mortgage Broker who believes honesty is his best trait. He has surrounded himself with a full-time assistant, several loan processors, an established escrow company, and a full-time closing agent who will drive to you to help sign your loan papers.
Over the last 19 years in the business, Chris has tried to make the experience of the loan process as smooth as possible. He realizes this is a huge financial obligation and understands the importance of service and making his clients happy. This has led to over 90% of his clients doing more than 1 loan with him. He has a system that will track your loan so he is constantly trying to help clients reduce their rate and or term in hopes of improving the financial situation.
