Mary Aguilar has lived Monterey County for the past 20 years. Marys real estate partner is her husband, Peter who has been a licensed general contractor for more than 25 years. In June 2009, Peter decided to work in a different sector of the housing industry and became a licensed Realtor. His knowledge of construction adds a valuable skill that their clients can benefit from. On a more personal note, Mary has 9 grandchildren and a 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Chuey, the love of her live. Mary loves to travel, hike and is an avid San Jose Sharks fan. Whether it's helping my client purchase a luxury property, negotiating a successful short sale with the bank, or designing a unique marketing strategy for marketing a home, my main purpose is to negotiate the Best Possible Price for my clients. I sell homes throughout Monterey County - this is my home and I know the market inside and out.
