By becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I followed my passion for real estate after investing in real estate for 20 years. Grateful for having witnessed and experienced the wealth-building opportunities of the Dallas/Forth Worth Real Estate market, I treasure the opportunity to help others by applying my extensive experience in buying, selling, flipping houses and managing rentals.
I have a unique real estate perspective being a native of East Germany, where living in look-alike, government-owned blocks of flats was the norm. I was lucky to have moved to Frisco, TX in 1999, when its population was less than 30,000. Surrounded by the explosive growth of the North Texas area, I became fascinated with home ownership and the wealth-building opportunities in the Texas real estate market.
Prior to joining the Ebby Halliday team, I earned my master's degree and pursued a career in Global Marketing and Brand Management. I created and lead the execution of brand and product strategies, resulting in record-breaking product launches and ultimately helped Mary Kay become a Top 10 Global Color Brand in 2013. During my 20 years in Marketing and Product Development roles, I acquired key skills in strategic foresight, negotiation, marketing, forecasting/pricing, consumer insights, project management and strategy development – which help better serve my clients today.
Each client and each property is unique. I focus on developing effective strategies for each property, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring that closings go as smoothly as possible.
Having worked globally for two decades and traveling extensively, I particularly enjoy working with clients who are not familiar with the US real estate market and the closing process in Texas.
I love travel, arts, gardening and spending time with my family. As a former military family, we treasure local life and our sweet neighbors in the Light Farms community. We are proud of our two daughters and love staying involved with activities at the Prosper High School and Reynolds Middle School.
I believe that customer loyalty is earned one customer at a time and can be measured in referrals received.
