Coldwell Banker Preferred Realtors was founded in 1989 by our current Broker & Owner, Jim Stevens with a focus on customer satisfaction and serving the community of Metro Detroit. Almost three decades later, our office has grown to over 100 agents and is one of the leading Residential Brokerages in our market, with our home office in Plymouth Township.
