Jim consistently sells over $10 Million in properties every year splitting transaction almost evenly between Buyers and Sellers. After graduating in 2005 from St. Josephs University with a Bachelors in finance Jim joined the firm of John Burns Realty in Bryn Mawr where he represented clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He was also involved in the property management of several residential commercial and mixed use properties as well as managing condominium boards. In an effort to provide his clients with the best service and resources Jim joined BHHS Fox and Roach 2007 and obtained his Brokers license in 2016.
