Customer Satisfaction Garners Connecticut Allstate Agent Michael Garofalo 5 Stars

Greenwich Allstate Insurance agent Michael Garofalo, for the fifth consecutive year, receives the 5-Star Award from Five Star Professional.

Greenwich, CT

Recipients of the prestigious award are recommended by their customers. The awards committee at Five Star Professional then conducts research and background checks to determine the winners. Garofalo will be featured in an upcoming article in Connecticut magazine as a 5-Star winner.

During the course of his distinguished career, Garofalo has become revered for ensuring his clients understand how insurance works so that they can get the best coverage. “The thing that I always tell my customers is there are two costs to insurance: the premium, and the cost you have if you don’t have the right coverage,” added Garofalo. “Money comes out of pocket if you don’t have enough coverage.”

In addition to insurance, Garofalo is passionate about helping others. He is a proud supporter of Operation Homefront, which provides critical financial assistance, transitional and permanent housing and family support services to military families throughout the year to prevent short-term needs from turning into chronic, long-term struggles. He is also a big volunteer and supporter of youth sports.
