Hidden Doors by Design Unveils Innovative Concealed Security Panel

Hidden Doors by Design, LLC™, which creates award-winning hidden door bookcases and cabinets, recently unveiled a new model featuring an integrated, bulletproof ArmorCore panel and a commercial grade magnetic locking system.

“This model was created in response to a number of customers who feel the need for additional security in their own homes. It’s perfect for concealing panic rooms, guns, safes, wine collections -- or anything you want to keep out of site,” said Peggy Reed, owner of Hidden Doors by Design, LLC™.

The internal steel structure, which weighs about 115 pounds, was designed by a structural engineer for added strength and rigidity. For ease of operation and trouble-free longevity, these hidden door bookcases operate on a pivot system, so there’s no need for tracks, hinges or rollers. When closed, these hidden doors are flush with the wall completely concealing the doorways.
