Ion Real Estate opens new Colorado Springs location serving the entire Front Range, with an overall goal of securing sellers top dollar for their homes and helping military personnel relocate.
Ion Real Estate, whose Denver headquarters is a one-of-a-kind office in close proximity to Coors Field, recently opened a new office in Colorado Springs, located at 1722 Brookwood Drive. The new office will serve the entire Colorado Front Range, going into Pueblo.
“We expanded into Colorado Springs, where I was born and raised, to change the dynamic and bring the community together to prepare for a market that Denver has been seeing for about 4-5 years,” said Tanya ‘Ty’ Hutchins, manager of Ion Real Estate Colorado Springs.
“I want to give the Springs a breath of fresh air, and show the city how hardworking, honest agents really get it done,” added Jim Cavoto, owner of Ion Real Estate.
Ion Real Estate specializes in relocation, which is extremely beneficial in Colorado Springs as it has a substantially large military community. It will be offering video showings for military personnel that find out they will be relocating to the area, whether at Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, or Air Force Academy.
