Luxury Real Estate Agent Beth Brown Presents ‘The High End’ Lifestyle Magazine

In December, Beth will publish in Residence magazine and feature a luxury real estate property listing. Brown is also presenting properties in a publication called “The High End.” She is the sole agent in this issue of the magazine promoting her listings. On page one, Brown welcomes readers “to the world of extraordinary living.”   

“The High End” will carry real estate articles and Brown’s luxury property listings. “One of the listings that will be featured in the magazine,” Brown said, “is a property on the third hole of Tiburón’s golf course that is listed for sale in Serafina at Tiburon, another would be in Marsh Links at Pelican Marsh. It’s a great example of the desirable and quality properties I represent. These properties in North Naples are truly within communities offering extraordinary living.”     

There are only two cities in the United States that have two Ritz-Carltons and Naples is proud to be one of them, with one inside the Tiburon community and the other on the beach. Inside Tiburon is the Tiburón Golf Club, the home to the LPGA’s CME Group Tour Championship and the PGA Tour’s annual QBE Shootout.  Presented by Greg Norman Estates, it will be held this year from December 5-9.

“I’ll be participating in the QBE Shootout 5K Run on Saturday, December 8th,” Brown added. “This huge Naples event is held on a self-contained running course within Tiburón Golf Club at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort. It benefits CureSearch for Children's Cancer, a U.S.-based non-profit foundation that searches for cures for children’s cancer.”

Before getting her real estate license in 2001, Brown had 16 years of experience in banking and finance, a degree in business and accounting, as well as a paralegal degree.  Brown has lived in Naples since 1979. “I consider my status as ‘almost native,’” Brown concluded. “My vast exposure to the Naples marketplace, my education, work experience, and determination makes me a rare find in helping people meet their real estate needs.
