Philanthropist and Realtor Stephanie Bryant Celebrates over 20 Years Serving Colorado

Bryant has been making the dream of homeownership a reality for over 20 years, during which time she has honed her real estate skills. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 1998, Bryant has helped countless Coloradans buy and sell properties. 

“I love the challenge of buying and selling in our current market, and assisting clients in determining the best approach for each individual situation. I love helping people,” said Bryant, a Broker/Owner and Partner of Huntington Properties, LLC.

After relocating to Colorado, Bryant co-founded Huntington Properties LLC in 2002. The company focuses on all types of residential properties; however, Bryant and her husband Bruce, her licensed assistant specialise in Douglas County/South Metro Denver areas. Bryant also specializes in helping people relocate to the Centennial State. 

Along with her passion for helping clients buy and sell homes, Bryant is passionate about those without homes. She serves on the board of directors for St. Clare’s Ministry, which feeds a hot meal to over 100 homeless Coloradans in Denver each week.

In the past, she volunteered with the Douglas Elbert Task Force and participated in the 9Cares Colorado Shares food drive.

Bryant is also an advocate for leukemia research. After losing her mother to the disease as a child, she participated in marathons to raise money for the Leukemia Society. “When my mother got diagnosed with her type of leukemia, there was a 3 percent success rate. Now it is an 18 percent chance of surviving,” concluded Bryant. “The money we raised to fund research and help others makes a difference -- it all adds up.”

“My sister, Melissa Carey, is also a Realtor in the Finger Lakes region of New York ando we are similar in our approach to life -- helping others whether it is with a homes or through volunteering”.
