Annette Virgil is the team leader of the Virgil Team, which spans three generations. She is a second-generation Realtor and daughter of Al Hurley, who was once the largest builder in Broadmoor in the late 70’s. Al, who passed away in 2002, was a builder, developer and Realtor and he was the first generation of Hurley-Virgil Realtors.

Seven years ago, Annette was thrilled to have her son, Blake Szentmartoni, join the team. Blake is a proud third-generation team member who said,“We are a real estate family. It is our passion and in our blood.”

Annette and the Virgil Team specialize in residential and rural real estate, including horse properties. We know all of these markets really well,” noted Annette.

We try our best to treat others how we would want to be treated. This has gone a long way and takes a lot of the stress out of the of business, for everyone. Our clients are no longer clients, they become friends.”

Secondly, it is not looking at just getting the deal done. This business is about relationships. “We are three generations strong in the real estate field,” noted Annette. “We are now assisting our clients’ children, and I am truly blessed to have worked with my dad, learning houses from the ground up; to be working with my husband Randy, who has a strong construction background; and to be working with my son Blake. He brings even more to the team with a degree in marketing, finance and an emphasis on real estate. We are able to relate to all generations and all generations are able to relate to us.”
