Realtor Anthony Vulin and P.R.E.P.A. Host Home Buyer Fair in West Hollywood

Los Angeles Realtor Anthony Vulin, CEO and owner of The Collective, Realty and president of P.R.E.P.A., hosts Annual Home Buyer Fair.

LOS ANGELES

The Pride Real Estate Professionals Association (P.R.E.P.A.) event takes place on Saturday, October 19, from 2-5 p.m. at 8448 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, CA.

“Homeownership is the American dream, but the homeownership rate for the LGBT community is 16% below the national average, and I’m not OK with this,” said Vulin, who has been named Realtor of the Year. “People don’t realize that there are down payment assistance programs or very low down payment options. We will be available to instruct the public on these options this Saturday.”

The Home Buyer Fair will also feature swag bags for the first 100 guests, free food, door prizes, music by DJ K.C. Maloney, dog adoptions, and vendors. Some of the vendors will be there to educate attendees on down payment grants, low down payment options, and credit requirements.

“We will also have a contractor, Farmer’s Insurance, Stewart Title, Wells Fargo, CITI, US Bank, new to West Hollywood the Cement Tile Shop and, of course, the California Association of Realtors introducing their new program ‘Steps toward homeownership,’” added Vulin.

P.R.E.P.A. is a non-profit organization of real estate professionals committed to supporting LGBT real estate professionals and their career development, fostering goodwill among the pride and greater real estate communities, and promoting and advocating equal opportunities for homeownership and property rights. It prides itself on bringing equality to the LGBT homeowner and real estate community.
