Realtor Doug Hutchins Educates Castle Pines Homeowners on Real Estate Market  

Seasoned South Metro Denver Realtor Doug Hutchins, of Kentwood Real Estate, to discuss the impact of new tax laws on home values at Castle Pines community event.

Kentwood Real Estate Broker Associate Doug Hutchins is scheduled to speak at the Castle Pines Real Estate Market Update on Monday, February 12. The event takes place at the Castle Pines Community Library, 360 Village Square Lane, Castle Pines, CO, from 6-7 p.m.

Hutchins will be speaking about the impact of the new tax laws on home values, as well as the 2017 metro Denver real estate market highlights, 2018 forecast for Castle Pines home prices and sales activity, and the impact of new home construction in Castle Pines on existing home prices.

“I will be providing homeowners in Castle Pines information on their most valuable asset -- their home,” added Hutchins, who for eight consecutive years has been recognized by Denver’s 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Agent.

In addition to real estate, Hutchins is an ardent supporter of Hope’s Promise, a non-profit adoption and orphan care agency, and serves as its Chairman of the Board. In April, he will be visiting two Hope’s Promise orphanages in Nepal to interact with the children in each home and provide encouragement and support.
