Realtor Kathy Huang Helping Buyers and Sellers While Ensuring Kids Not Forgotten at Christmas

Huang’s financial background and real estate investment experience of 35 years greatly benefit her clients. Her real estate buyers profit from her CPA and financial expertise because she analyzes the financial considerations of different homes and explains the tax implications of owning or investing in a home.

Huang takes the time to explain to her sellers the tax considerations of selling a home, whether it is a principal residence or an investment property. She also explores the potential of a tax-deferred 1031 exchange with investors.

Karen Lamb has utilized Huang to buy and sell several homes. In preparing Karen’s home for sale, Huang decluttered and staged her home and evaluated the improvements that were needed to maximize the sales price for her client. With the recent passage of the California AB1482 Tenant Protection Act of 2019, which takes effect on January 1, 2020, Huang will help her real estate investors understand how the statewide rent controls and Just Cause eviction law will impact their current and future California real estate investments.

In addition to real estate, Huang is also passionate about helping others. She is hosting a holiday toy donation drive for Toys for Tots. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at 12636 High Bluff Dr., Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92130, from December 2-16. Huang, a board member of Pacific Highlands Ranch East Homeowners Association (PHRE), will also be collecting toys at PHRE’s Holiday Social on December 14th.

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, which distributes new toys to children who may not otherwise receive a gift for Christmas. Since its inception in 1947, Toys for Tots has distributed over 530 million toys to more than 244 million children across the United States.

“I am honored to do my small part for Toys for Tots. I want to show children in need that they are not forgotten at Christmas, or at any time,” concluded Huang.
