Realtor Margaret Canfield Helping People Prosper in Business

October is National Women in Business Month. This is a time to celebrate the achievements women have made in business. In honor of National Women in Business Month, Margaret Canfield, broker with @properties, lists the following three tips to help people succeed in business:

No. 1: Be tech-savvy. “It is imperative that people in business be tech-savvy,” stressed Canfield, who is in the top .5% of Realtors in Walworth County. “This will give you an advantage over the competition.”

No. 2: Over-deliver. “Successful people in business should under-promise and over-deliver,” added Canfield. “I personally deliver more to my buyers and sellers in the real estate process then they believe they will receive, which has made a world of difference.”

No. 3: Follow-up. “Follow-up, and follow-through, is critical to success,” concluded Canfield. “Communication is key in all ways: text, email, letters, cards, phone, etc.”
