Sebastian J. Hernandez Receives 10 Best Real Estate Agents in Illinois Recognition

 Realtor Sebastian J. Hernandez, of Greater Chicago Real Estate, was recently named one of the 10 Best Real Estate Agents in Illinois for Client Satisfaction.

This is the third consecutive year Hernandez has been nominated for and accepted this American Institute of Real Estate Professionals (AIOREP) accolade. “I am very honored to be nominated 3 times in a row and I will continue to give my clients the best service I can give them,” said Hernandez. 

AIOREP is a third-party rating organization that publishes an annual list of the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in each state. Agents who are selected to the “10 Best” list must pass its rigorous selection process, which is based on client and/or peer nominations, thorough research, and AIOREP’s independent evaluation. One of the most significant aspects of the selection process involves agents’ relationships and reputation among his or her clients. 

In fact, Hernandez always keeps his client’s best interests in mind. His ability to draw upon experience, market knowledge and technology has consistently led to shorter market times and higher sale prices for sellers, and lower purchase prices and greater equity for buyers. Hernandez’s vast knowledge of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs real estate market allows him to successfully advise his clients in any type of real estate transaction.
