Superior Home Source Celebrates Silver Anniversary

Family-owned and operated Superior Home Source, of RE/MAX Alliance, is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary. “We love our clients and the rewards are immeasurable; while we expand our reach into their lives, it enriches ours infinitely,” said Jai Brooks, CRS, who co-owns Superior Home Source with her husband Brad Brooks, SRA.

Jai is a Certified Residential Specialist, 90% of whom’s business comes from repeat clients, referrals from clients, and friends and family who have put their trust in her negotiating skills and professional reputation. Brad, who has been a real estate broker for twenty-five years as a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) is a Certified General Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Brad is a candidate for the Commercial Consulting Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He also holds the SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute and is a member of the Northern Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NCREA).

Together, Jai and Brad have a unique ability to connect solutions to problems and people to opportunities. Superior Home Source recently sold a $1.4 million, 33-unit storage facility in Denver, CO, and the facility also had a home on the lot. Another recent sale was a $1.8 million 80-acre horse ranch facility in the fast growing town of Erie, CO, one of the most dynamic partnerships in Colorado real estate. “We handle the smallest purchases to the largest with the same attention to detail,” noted Jai.

Other Superior Home Source team members include Joseph Brooks, a Colorado native who grew up in the real estate business and is passionate about his clients, and Kathy Rice, a relocation specialist and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. Superior Home Source also has affiliations with mortgage, title, insurance and development companies.

In addition to real estate, Superior Home Source proudly sponsors Children’s Miracle Network, an international non-profit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds and awareness for 170 children’s hospitals throughout North America, and The Susan Komen Race for the Cure in Denver, the second-largest Race for the Cure in the country. They also have supported the Two Angels Foundation through The Ugly Coat Classic Golf tournament since their inception thirteen years ago. This foundation helps families purchase recreational adaptive equipment for physically disabled children. They also provide adaptive equipment to help physically disabled children participate at school.

“We support these two foundations because children are the reason for so much joy and hope in this world,” concluded Brad. “When kids are sick they need a helping hand. The number one question we are asked when helping a client find a new home is ‘What are the schools like?’ These foundations go hand in hand with how we approach real estate and life in general.
