Synergy Properties Caps the Year 2018 with Over 500 Units Sold

“Last year to date we sold $82,494,298 in volume for a total of 368 units,” said Keith Riddle, owner and Designated Broker of Synergy Properties. “That’s a 35% increase in volume from last year and a 30% increase in units closed.”

In addition to the increase in volume sold for the brokerage, Synergy Properties has on-boarded seven more agents this year and looks to continue that growth into next year. The team welcomed four first-time agents to the brokerage and three experienced agents who switched from previous brokerages to Synergy.
