Synergy Properties Raising Funds for Families with Cancer

Keith Riddle, owner and Designated Broker of Synergy Properties, bought an old Masonic temple in the Garland district and moved his real estate team into the basement while he renovated the upstairs. Since then, Synergy has experienced immense growth and success in the Greater Spokane Area. Synergy has hired as many as ten new agents in the past eight months and has sold close to two houses a day - but they’re searching for a greater impact than just providing their typical services.

The first step is an upcoming charity event called “Synergy Against Cancer,” a celebration of the opening of North Hill on Garland, a bar and restaurant, in the basement of the very same Masonic temple the Synergy team moved into three years ago.  The event will take place on September 7 from 4-10 p.m. at the outdoor patio of North Hill on 706 W Garland Ave. in Spokane. All proceeds from the event will go directly to local families affected by the immense costs of cancer treatment.

The event was inspired by a personal story within the company. “Earlier this year one of our agents, Jeremy Bouchey, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and immediately underwent treatment,” Riddle said.  

Bouchey had multiple procedures and a radiation session to kill the cancer cells in his body. A few months ago he was cleared and pronounced cancer free.  “Our team would like to give back to families affected by cancer by utilizing our resources and network,” Bouchey stated.

A $20 entry fee buys a wristband which includes two tickets for beer or wine as well as unlimited pizza from North Hill on Garland.
