Edward M. Gardner, founder of Edward M. Gardner PC, CPA hosts seminar about how the tax changes will affect real estate agents, brokers and the self-employed.
The seminar takes place on Wednesday, January 30, at Stewart Title, 1980 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 120, Houston, TX, from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. “The new tax law impacts both the Realtor and their clients,” said Gardner.
The purpose of the event is to shed light on the new tax laws, and deductions real estate agents, brokers, small businesses and the self-employed can take and what homeowners need to know. Gardner, who has a strong real estate background, will be hosting three more seminars on real estate.
“Many Realtors don’t know about all the deductions they can take so I wanted to teach them, and also teach them some sales tips,” concluded Gardner, author of How to Start Your Financial Future — You’ve Got to Have the Why Before the How. “The seminars are open to any Realtors in the community.”
