Texas Realtor Tony Nuncio Offers Tour of Picturesque Home in Upscale Oak Cliff

“For over 40 years, Heritage Oak Cliff, formerly known as The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League, has produced the annual Old Oak Cliff Home Tour. Heritage Oak Cliff represents more than 30 Oak Cliff neighborhoods, concentrating on the conservation, beautification and preservation of the neighborhoods that enhance the character and charm of the Oak Cliff area in Dallas,” said Nuncio, founder of The Nuncio Realty Group at Dallas City Center Realtors, who was recently named a 5-Star Real Estate Professional by Texas Monthly Magazine and one of Dallas’ top producing agents for 2018 in D Magazine.

Heritage Oak Cliff sponsored the event where participants had a chance to tour the picturesque Oak Cliff neighborhoods and homes that showcase the character, culture, and customs of Oak Cliff. The nonprofit 501c3 organization puts all funds generated from the event back into the community, with the exception of the operating costs of the tour.

This is his 10th year Nuncio has sponsored a home. Certain homes every year are chosen for the home tour; however, they are not for sale, but open up to show what the owners have done to renovate or restore the historic home then allow the general public to walk through.

“I sponsor a different home every year,” noted Nuncio, a member of Heritage Oak Cliff and the committee that helps select the homes that go on the tour. It’s the largest fundraising event of the year, and they raise between $40,000 and $50,000 each year.

“The older homes have all the significant extra details that you don’t typically see in new construction, which was always appealing to me,” concluded Nuncio.
