Three Dog Bakery Hosts Easter-Themed Event for Puppies and Pet Parents

Three Dog Bakery, the world’s original bakery for dogs, hosts annual “Easter Begg Hunt” for puppies.

Las Vegas, NV

The event takes place on Sunday, April 14, at 2 p.m. at Three Dog Bakery, located at 2110 N. Rampart Blvd., Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89128, at the Southeast corner of Rampart Blvd. and Lake Mead Blvd., across from Starbucks Coffee. The “Easter Begg Hunt” for puppies costs $5 to attend, with part of the proceeds benefiting Desert Diva Dogs, a 501(c)(3) organization to benefit animal rescues around the Las Vegas valley.

“We will have a photo booth, costume contest and a raffle to win prizes,” said Frank Shaw, a retired golf pro who owns Three Dog Bakery with husband Michael. “We have been doing this for over ten years and it’s always fun for the puppies and their families. It is a very unique Las Vegas event.”

The event also includes beverages for people and tons of treats for the puppies. The motivation behind “Easter Begg Hunt” for puppies is to create more events so people can bring their pets out to mingle.

“The reason we decided to own this franchise is because we had to bring our puppies to work,” added Michael, who worked in catering. “In this generation, people are having kids later and dogs before they have kids. We have two puppies: Gus and Gracy. Three Dog Bakery is their store. Frank and I just work there.”

Desert Diva Dogs is committed to making a difference in the lives of dogs by providing assistance to local animal rescues through its Rescue Donation Program, fundraising, and by providing animal care education and awareness to the community. It partners with local animal rescues to provide assistance to support the comfort and well-being of dogs in their care by collecting and donating needed pet items and supplies.
