Company CEO Jeffrey Rosenthal a founder who created local grocery store advertising over thirty years ago, and was instrumental in forging the path of the local advertising industry. As CEO of Rose Advertising, an international advertising agency, combined with his extensive experience understanding the needs of small and medium businesses, Mr. Rosenthal opened StarKart ultimately providing the largest advertising network for grocery cart advertising throughout the US and Canada. the NALA was then created as marketing needs for small and medium businesses moved into the digital era.
Eric has spent the better part of his life involved in the arts. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animation, and later turned his attention to graphic design. As a designer, Eric has worked extensively in the film and theatre industries. His experience, fast-paced creativity, and imaginative problem-solving are assets that he draws upon to bring a fresh new approach to design. Eric is also an avid community volunteer, spending much of his free time keeping the arts alive through outreach in local theatres and other arts organizations.

As the NALA’s Press Manager and Charity Director, Tiffani brings a wide array of public relations experience from working with small and medium businesses nationwide to extensive collaboration with some of Hollywood’s finest talents. Originally from Maryland and with an education in the fine arts, Tiffani has had the pleasure of working in all aspects of the entertainment industry from New York to Los Angeles. In addition, since the NALA’s inception, Tiffani has been instrumental in forming the NALA’s charity partnerships including Soles4Souls, USA Cares and Lily Sarah Grace Fund, to name a few.

As an Australian who has held marketing roles in both Australia, China, and the United States, Julia brings her diverse background and fresh perspective to the NALA team as Creative Marketing Director. In Australia Julia attended the country's most reputable Design Institute, and then studied marketing and communications at a top Technology University. Julia also has extensive experience in branding, marketing strategy, project management, user experience design consultancy, product development and operational strategy.

With more than three decades of sales management experience, Keith was the natural choice to guide sales and ISO Relations. Keith directs the sales of multiple divisions of this international company, specializing in local business advertising. He has the unique ability to understand all aspects of sales, administration and advertiser relations.

As Chief Executive Officer of an international advertising company, serving the needs of small to mid-sized businesses for more than 20 years, Rosenthal has forged the path of the local advertising industry. With over 40 years in operations and advertising Jim provides vast experience and unique perspective in the digital marketing world. As Vice President of Production Jim has managed hundreds of advertising campaigns and has necessarily stayed abreast of marketing trends as well as digital advances. Jim oversees a professional communications team, that daily reviews new developments in the digital arena while simultaneously consulting with senior management.

As a native Californian with an Italian background and years of experience in journalism and psychology, Dale brings his diverse background to the NALA team as Head Writer. His eclectic career as a writer encompasses travel, healthcare, real estate, recreation, news and press release writing for magazines, newspapers, websites, businesses, non-profits and public relations firms, from San Francisco to Boston and now Ventura.

Steve brings his unique experience to the role of Director of Recruiting. Steve is tasked with fueling growth through the robust acquisition of fresh talent, and vibrant new sales representation nationally. He parlayed his successful sales career and abilities over to Executive Recruiting, where he enjoyed sourcing candidates for national placement of high-caliber C-suite, director-level, and management-level positions. The opportunity to join the team was something he couldn't pass on, as it allows him to work at the intersection of sales, advertising, marketing and his success in recruiting.
