Since my arrival on Hilton Head in 1974 I have witnessed the Gas Crisis, the 1980's interest rates, the tax reform act, 9/11, and the financial apocalypse of 2008. In those years, I weathered the panic. Along the way, I figured out that real estate on Hilton Head Island is a lot like a child walking up the stairs with a Yo-yo. The Yo-yo bounces up and down, but the child keeps climbing the stairs.
As one of the few agents with a 40+ year historical perspective, I'll be the first to tell you that the child is still going up the stairs. I’ve survived multiple booms, economic calamities, and cancer. Of all the accolades I’ve received, I consider life on Hilton Head to be my most valued asset. I've given my entire career towards making neighbors. Along the way, I've made countless friends and enjoyed untold success.
Without my clients and fellow agents, I'd be in a much less fulfilling career. I consider that possibility everyday when I wake up. In those early morning hours, I thank god for family, friends, life in paradise, and for the opportunity to continue helping you live and thrive on Hilton Head Island.
