We’ll meet with you one-on-one, listen and discuss exactly what you need and want in terms of care
We’ll make recommendations based on your needs and our extensive experience
We’ll accompany you to view recommended facilities or meet with in-home care staff offering our guidance, but stepping back to allow you to make the final decision
Once a selection is made, we will be with you through the entire process – from paperwork and move-in to discharge or end of life care. We stay involved, continuing to advocate for families and loved ones.
Sue Royer will continue to be an information resource to you as long as needed
There is never a fee charged to the senior or their family for our services
