Boulder REALTOR® David W. Scott Receives REALTOR® of the Year Recognition

Colorado Landmark Realtors’ David W. Scott was recently named the 2017 REALTOR® of the Year by the Boulder Area REALTOR® Association(BARA). “This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a BARA member. I am deeply honored,” said Scott.

The Boulder Area REALTOR® Association REALTOR® of the Year award is given to the winner based on exceptional business ethics, knowledge, and service. The winner also exemplifies the true meaning of REALTOR®, for which Scott is revered.

In fact, Scott has earned a number of special professional designations and memberships in professional organizations that have enhanced his knowledge and referral network. This includes becoming a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and EcoBroker Certified®, as well as obtaining Transnational Referral Certification and the National Association of REALTORS® Green Designation. He is also a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designee, which is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth market knowledge and increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success; and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, a designation for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.
