Coldwell Banker Realtor Jim Newcomb Receives International President’s Circle Recognition

The prestigious International President’s Circle recognition is given to agents that finish the year in the top 10% of all associates worldwide. “Last year was a very good year in real estate. I am privileged to be included among all these great Coldwell Banker Associates throughout the world,” said Newcomb, who is commemorating his 16th year in real estate.

Additionally, Newcomb finished 2018 as the No. 3 agent for total transactions in the Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty office. The office itself finished the year as the No. 10 Coldwell Banker office in the state of California and the No. 1 office in the Lake Arrowhead area.

In addition to real estate, Newcomb is a proud supporter of the Boy Scouts. The Assistant District Commissioner of the Boy Scouts has thirty-six years with the Boy Scouts of America. Newcomb, an Eagle Scout, is also a two-time Arrowhead Honor recipient and Silver Beaver recipient for his work with the Boy Scout and Cub Scout units on the mountain. He and the Scouts recently hosted an annual food drive to benefit Operation Provider, the largest food bank in the San Bernardino mountains that has served over 250,000 boxes of weekly groceries since opening in 1989.

Newcomb has experience with probate sales, short sales and foreclosures, and has conducted training courses on these “special situation” transactions for agents at Coldwell Banker. He specializes in lakefront estates to small mountain cabins, and treats all his clients the way they would expect an Eagle Scout to do.
