Collins Realty Seminar Offers Expert Advice on Buying a New Home

Vallejo Realtor Lori Collins and Collins Realty—along with partners at Land Home Financial Services, Inc. and Cal Land Title—will offer a free, comprehensive seminar on what it takes to find, buy, and transition into a new home.

VALLEJO, CALIF.

Buying a new home is an exciting time, and can be made easy with advice from an expert. Luckily, local Realtor Lori Collins and her team at Collins Realty are here to guide homebuyers through the process.

The Collins Realty Home Buyer Seminar will take place on Saturday, March 16, at 3 p.m. and Tuesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. The free program will take place at Collins Realty, located at 310 Georgia Street in downtown Vallejo, CA.

Intended for both first-time and repeat homebuyers, the seminar will cover every component of the home-buying process. Attendees will learn how to assess their needs for a home before beginning their search, and how to identify maintenance red flags when looking at potential homes. Participants will also learn important tips for making an offer and negotiating a sale price—ensuring that buyers get the perfect home at the best value.

The seminar will also cover the nitty-gritty details of home buying, including how to secure a mortgage and the value of title insurance. Participants will learn what to expect after finalizing the purchase, including important steps to take to ensure a seamless move into a new home.
