Colorado Realtor Ryan Dillon Lands on the Pages of Top Producer

Denver Realtor Ryan Dillon, of Madison & Company Properties, Ltd., was recently featured in Denver Real Producers Magazine.  Dillon’s career volume as a Realtor is $80 million; $49 million in the last six years. He started out in insurance but liked meeting people and helping them with their needs and life goals. “My dad had always been loosely involved in the real estate industry selling farms, homes and apartment buildings. I would tag along to see what was happening when I was younger and always thought this would be a fun way to make a living,” noted Dillon.

Furthemore, Dillon and his wife recently bought the house he grew up in. “We are so excited to create more memories as family and show my kids why I loved growing up there,” added Dillon. “I have always looked up to my dad. He was a farm kid from Minnesota that moved to Denver in the late 1960s with a few bucks in his pocket, and created a great business and life for his family. He instilled a work ethic in me that I’m so thankful for and hope to pass on to my children.”

Dillon loves helping people buy a home, especially those that think it may be impossible based on their past or current situation. Also, he finds helping friends and families either expand their real estate portfolio or buy their first investment quite rewarding.

“My favorite part of being a Realtor is the chase,” concluded Dillon. “I love finding the perfect house for a client and winning listings.”
