Personal Care Management Expands its Services to Better Care for Patients

Personal Care Management has since its inception provided complex, high-tech nursing and Care Management services to ensure continuity of care for its elderly or senior clients. The registered nurses (RN) and licensed vocational nurses (LVN) Personal Care Management service is now expanded to 24-hour care.

“We are state licensed to do skilled care and non-medical care (PAS),” said Brenda Jaye, RN of Personal Care Management, the premier provider of senior home care services in San Antonio, which has been in business for 22 years. “This expanded service will allow us to meet the more complex needs of our patients.”

Personal Care Management provides services in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. It can provide private duty care to people even if they are receiving services from a Medicare-certified agency or a hospice. “We communicate and coordinate with them to ensure continuity of care. We are also members of the National Private Duty Association, which keeps us up to date on the latest trends and technology,” added Jaye.
