Realtor Jeff Williamson Touts the Merits of Working with an Experienced Real Estate Investor

Williamson has been a licensed Realtor in the Cincinnati market for the past 13 years, and an Ownerland Realty top producer for the last 3 years. But his distinguished career all began with real estate investment. 

“I have worked for large investment firms, both residential and commercial,” said Williamson. “I have been involved in the evaluation and analysis of investment assets, particularly real estate assets, to interpret information for use in creating value solution negotiating and selling.”

Investors prefer to deal with real estate agents who are investors themselves or have experience dealing with investors. “That’s because there is too much at stake for an inexperienced real estate agent to make mistakes during the negotiation and contract phase,” noted Williamson.
