Realtor Shad Bogany Celebrates 28 Years of Real Estate Radio and TV

Realtor Shad Bogany recently appeared on Real Estate Corner. He shared insight on real estate trends and interviews. The show airs Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m. on KWWJ 1360AM, 96.9FM and Add TV this year. Eyeconic Television 15.10 Saturdays 9 a.m. and Sundays at 8 pm.

Shad was a judge on House Rules one the first Reality TV shows on Real Estate on TNT 2003. He has made numerous appearance on TV as a real estate expert and made several appearances on other radio talk shows. He has been an advocate for fair housing and using the airwaves to increase homeownership for minorities.

“My goal is to help the community build wealth and stabilize neighborhoods,” said Shad. “I try to bring the latest information on real estate to the consumer. I do it every day and I know what works and doesn’t work. My goal is to provide information to those who want to purchase or sell a home. We talk about mortgages, buying a new home, selling a home, staging, landscaping your home, picking a Realtor or loan officer or down payment assistance.”    

The highly respected and influential Houston-area Realtor is closing in on his third-decade milestone in real estate radio and television. For 28 years, the successful real estate guru has gone beyond the transaction and has been giving out his wealth of knowledge over the TV and radio airwaves since premiering in 1990.

The most recent episode of Real Estate Corner aired this past Tuesday. The show opened up with a discussion about young people raising their family in urban areas instead of the suburbs. As home values in major cities continue to climb and preferences of younger homebuyers change, Shad discussed the many reasons buyers may choose to avoid traditional suburban areas. With most episodes of his show, he invites industry experts on the program to discuss the episode’s specific topic and opens up the phone lines, inviting questions from the community and other professionals.
