Or are you looking for a pure rental property?”

“Buyers should also consider what their lifestyle will be when they relocate, i.e. golfing, boating, tennis, regular trips to the beach, etc. This will help your sales agent find the right property for you,” added Winchel.

When one can answer these questions, it’s time to find a real estate agent. “They should be full-time, have local knowledge, available to help, and also have a great real estate search site,” concluded Winchel.
