Ryan Herrick Commemorates Crystal Anniversary in Mortgage Lending

Ryan Herrick, Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, is celebrating his fifteenth anniversary in the mortgage industry. “Putting families in better financial situations is my main goal,” said Herrick, who is licensed in multiple states. “Treating you like family is the service I provide.”

In fact, throughout his distinguished fifteen-year career, what has provided Herrick with the most satisfaction is helping families, as well as individuals, better their financial situations. “I ask detailed questions to ensure I am satisfying my customers’ needs, wants and desires,” added Herrick, who in addition to mortgages for home purchase offers debt consolidation, rate and term refinance and cash out refinance services.

In addition to mortgage lending, Herrick is an avid golfer and passionate about the sport. He also volunteers once a week with the Veterans’ Golf Program, which was established to support patients from Mather VA Hospital. The program, which is self-funded, is designed to give veterans a place to connect, enhance self-esteem, develop relationships and learn the game of golf.

“These Veterans struggle with PTSD, depression, missing limbs and more. The Golf Program gives them an opportunity to exercise, develop a hobby, make friends and be outdoors,” concluded Herrick. “I love volunteering, as it lets these veterans know they’re not forgotten. I offer them emotional support and have the experience to help them with real estate and finances, as some of the members of the program are on a fixed income.”
