Team Vivi at HomeSmart Realty Group ‘First Friday’ Charity Event to Benefit Denver Public Schools

The fundraising event starts at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2, at Team Vivi’s office, 566 Inca Street, Denver, CO 80204. “August is back to school month, so we chose Denver Public Schools as our charity to raise money for the students and the teachers,” said Gloriod, founder of Team Vivi at HomeSmart Realty Group. “I have had many clients that are educators and I know how hard they work for our youth. I think it’s important to give back to them so that our kids can have the best education possible.”

Team Vivi’s Marketing Director and Realtor, Caroline Wachtmann, holds a special place in her heart for the education system. “Being a teacher myself prior to getting into real estate, I understand how much money comes directly out of the teacher’s pockets to ensure these kids have what they need to learn and be successful. It is important to me and Team Vivi that we help with that in any way we can.”

Team Vivi’s altruistic, fun-filled casino night will feature blackjack, poker, and roulette tables -- all staffed with professional dealers. Legally, cash prizes cannot and will not be distributed; however, there are some big prizes up for grabs. Some of these include a weekend getaway at a beautiful home in Silverthorne, CO—a small mountain town near Dillon Reservoir in Summit County, and a brand new Fit Bit. If gambling isn’t your thing, that’s OK, Team Vivi still encourages people to stop by the event to donate to a great cause and enjoy complimentary beer, wine, and homemade appetizers for all the attendees (21 and over of course). Kids are more than welcome at this event. 

This event is expected to be one of their largest “First Friday” events in recent history. Since 2016, Team Vivi, whose mission statement is “Take care of the people and the business will follow,” selects a charity or organization in need for First Friday and raises money/supplies for them with a party at their office. To date, they have raised over $10,000 for local charities and organizations.
