The Best of Spring Award was established to recognize the best of local businesses in the community. Only one winner is selected per category for each town. Each year, the Spring Award Program identifies companies it believes have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category.

Wanko, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, comes from a family of small business owners, which is where her work ethic comes from. Her husband Tom works alongside her. “We are innovating and changing what it means to be business owners through collaboration, teamwork, innovation, and communication,” indicated Wanko. “It’s imperative for business owners to have as much knowledge as possible due to market conditions and real estate disruptors.  We enjoy giving back, especially through real estate.
