The Culbertson Law Group Expands Its Roster with 2 New Additions

Attorney Richard A. Culbertson, founder of The Culbertson Law Group, P.L.L.C., recently announced an addition to the firm, Katherine Schwartz, who will handle new claims for Social Security Disability from application through the administrative appeals process. “Many disabled people have difficulty dealing with the bureaucratic process required to file a claim for disability,” said Culbertson. “Katherine will help these people file their claims and obtain evidence to support their claims.”

The firm has also expanded its service area to include assistance with elder law problems, such as establishing eligibility for nursing home Medicaid, trusts, and guardianships. Edward Dimayuga has joined the firm’s elder law department to handle these problems.

“Edward sees a lot of people who need assistance when they need to enter an assisted living facility,” said Culbertson. “He is a graduate of Tulane Law School and handles cases in the firm’s Orlando office and the Daytona Beach office.”
