The Relocate 208 Idaho Realtor® Team Pitches in to Help Elderly and Disabled Boise Homeowners

The annual NeighborWorks Boise program enables teams to rake the yards of homeowners who are 65 years or older or disabled and live in Boise or Garden City. NeighborWorks offers several programs to support Treasure Valley families in achieving and thriving in healthy homeownership.

“Our team of Realtors jumped at the chance to get involved in this community event as we wholeheartedly believe that we are here to serve the community and we welcomed  the opportunity to work together to assist those in our community with a need. I feel that it truly gave more to us than to those receiving the assistance. The entire program is a blessing all around and we met some amazing people along the way,” said Van Camp. 

In addition to “Rake Up Boise,” Van Camp and Relocate 208 also recently hosted a client appreciation party. The second annual “Thankful for You” client appreciation event was located at the High Desert Station in Star, ID, and Relocate 208’s clients and their families were invited. 

“It’s truly a ‘community’ and has become a great way for my clients to connect with others, especially those that are new to the Treasure Valley,” noted Van Camp. “For me it’s a wonderful way to say ‘thank you’ in a meaningful way by serving my clients with a family-focused gathering and a strong focus on connection.”

The mission of Relocate 208 is to guide individuals and families through the relocation process. Van Camp created her firm to help the influx of people relocating to Boise navigate the tricky world of relocation with a personal connection, the assistance of a relocation advocate and less stress.
