Texas Elder Law Attorney Richard M. Barron serves the areas of Plano, Denton and Whitesboro, TX.  His practice areas include life care planning, wills, trusts, power of attorney for financial affairs and medical, Medicaid and veteran’s benefits, asset protection planning, estate and disability planning and asset-based long-term care planning.

With years of experience practicing law and a background as a Cobra helicopter aircraft commander in Vietnam, we put together a press campaign highlighting Richard’s expertise in estate planning and set up a big charity drive for him to support the veterans in his area. Richard has always stood out from his competition, but the press and attention he received, especially due to the veteran drive, shone an even brighter spotlight on him throughout the entire community.

We were thrilled Richard received not one, but two television interviews during his charity drive on the local CBS station, KTEN, and the local FOX station, KXII News 12.  In addition, the Gainesville Daily Register and The Weekly News of Cooke County ran articles on Richard and the veteran drive. It was fantastic press from a variety of media outlets.  The drive was a huge success and donations went to local veterans of VFW Post 1922 in Gainesville, TX.
