Denver Realtor Sarah Clark Teams Up With Agent Ashley Schmidt

Kentwood City Properties broker associate Sarah Clark recently added Ashley Schmidt to her Live the Denver Lifestyle team. “Ashley came to me and asked if we could form a team and I really liked the idea, so after a few conversations, we came up with our plan and here we are! Ashley is not only a good friend, but she also has a great work ethic and that was inspiring in creating the team,” Clark stated. “Ashley has been with Kentwood since 2016. Our goal is to provide excellent and personable service to our clients in helping them to live the Denver lifestyle we all want -- from owning and decorating their home to enjoying a night on the town, to getting out in the mountains. Schmidt is an Iowa native, but after many childhood summers spent in the mountains of Colorado she knew this would be home one day. “I have a poster I made in grade school that says ‘When I grow up, I want to live in Colorado,’” noted Schmidt. In 2013, she moved to Colorado and started her career in real estate the following year.
