Realtor Margaret Canfield Briefs Brokers on Geneva National Homeowner Amenities

On Thursday, September 22, Margaret Canfield, broker with @properties, will be educating top regional brokers about the lifestyle community that Geneva National offers its homeowners. “This includes a guided tour of five luxury homes priced over a million dollars, while enjoying cocktails and small bites overlooking Lake Como,” said Canfield.

Geneva National, over the course of twenty-five years, has transitioned from small weekend homes to a residential community that is about 45% full-time, with a mix of demographics. “Geneva National is coming of age and features a vast array of lifestyle amenities,” said Canfield. “It is where people live every day like the weekend.”

The welcome gathering for brokers on September 22 will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Legends Room at the Geneva National Resort, 1221 Geneva National Avenue, South Lake Geneva. The guided tour will begin at promptly 4 p.m., with a cocktail hour immediately following.
